Vegetarian Concerns

Hi everyone,

I usually post on the lists, but I am here to follow-on from what I talked about in Euro conversations chat today. I want to make my food really steady, not steady-ish which is what it is at the moment (and even that is rather a positive spin).

Things I want to work on:

-Making sure I have snacks (I am vegetarian and active)
-Timing
-Really getting what I need in all social situations
-Planning and preparing, not always improvising and getting into trouble.

I am on Step 4.

Just showing up for now. I will come again tomorrow.
