You don't know - I think of you a lot,
and wonder how you are getting on - with your mom,
with yourself, and just in general :h1)

As I understand, snacks are best done as planned snacks,
containing protein and complex carbs.

Sometimes, for an afternoon snack I will simply have the same food I had for lunch
in a smaller amount.
Or, my snack may be the same food I will be having for dinner, just less than a full meal.

That way, it has protein and complex carbs and I'm all set.

Mosaic has a lovely snack idea - egg and hummus......Yum!
My only problem is I already eat 2 eggs every morning, so am wary of having yet another
later in the day.

Good to hear from you again.
Love to hear what snack ideas you come up with.
