Green powder

Has anyone here had weird experiences with taking green powder? The one I take has lots of "healthy" stuff: The main ingredients are spirulina, wheat grass, alfalpha grass and barley grass. There are no sugars, white stuff or fillers of any kind. However, instead of feeling great after using the stuff, I feel either spaced out or nausea. In any case, I was wondering if green powder has adverse affects on sugar sensitive folks. I spent a lot of money on a year supply of and don't want to throw it out quite yet.
