Thank you for the welcomes.
I officially started my breakfast today and had one of my favorites; hot cereal from Bob's Red Mill mixed with sausage and eggs. Mmmm. I do love breakfast. Tuna w/ mayo on rye Wasa crackers is also on the breakfast menu this week.
In the past I've found I do much better eating within 15 minutes of getting up and on dense protein rather than p. powder.
I'm also rereading The Sugar Addict's Total Recovery Program and gaining a lot of new insight. Looking forward to this sadness to be lifted here in the next few days.
