I like to change around a bit as well! though my changes really go from shake ( weekdays) to egg/bacon/or chilli or stew (sundays)
how do you get on with the egg option? I always end up combining with something to get the protein grams right. As we have a day off today I had some eggs scrambled in chicken stock and peppered roast beef slices
