I said I would work on the journal today and it did not happen. Not sure why but it did not. Breakfast was later than normal but just because I slept in. I ate with in 10 minutes of waking. Shake and toast. Lunch was later than normal 2:00 but still with in my 5 hour mark. Wont go into details of why but it was for certain reasons. I ate my first dinner around 7:00 and then my final dinner (the one BF cooks) at 10:00. Sorry this is short but it is getting late and I want to wind down for the night.
