LOL, Mosaic, 10 minutes for breakfast?!?!

I get up about 45 minutes earlier for preparing and eating breakfast!
I have never really timed it, but now you've got my curiosity up and I will check it tomorrow morning.

I prepare 2 sunny-side up eggs and toast with butter, and cheese to make up the remaining protein I need (about 17.5 grams).

THEN, ladies and gentlemen, I have to EAT it,
and that means chew, and chew and chew some more.

Don't ask what's to chew so much.......I just know that if I eat faster, I will get an upset stomach.

SO - all meals are painstakingly slow, with breakfast being the first, and also being the one I consider the night before when I set my alarm clock.

I'm tempted to say that Shake People probably have an easier time of it,
but then again, hubby says I chew my water, so I guess shake wouldn't take me much less time, LOL.

But once I have given my breakfast the respect it deserves :h11) it then gives me the respect I deserve and keeps my brain steady and firm :h2)

So breakfast and I have an understanding --- I give to it, and it gives back :h12)
