Re: how do you review your journal?

I think its really clever to have acknowledged the 'grudging and unwilling' parts. I know I used to think of it as a chore because of that.

: Right now I review only when I'm off,
: when something feels wrong. But
: that's part and parcel to how I've
: approached doing the journal
: anyway, which is sort of
: grudgingly and unwillingly and, if
: something goes wrong, looking back
: in irritation and judgment (though
: usually when I see the reason I am
: relieved and pleased.)

I think I collected so many of your 'relieved and pleased' moments that it really made me respect journal. You have made me really think about our approaches and how the *joy dot* approach to things makes changes. I wonder if thats why writing my good things and acknowledging them is a good reinforcer for me? Makes it easier for me to stay steady without lots of 'work'? Theres a thought, I think I'll write that in mine :h10)

I tried all the sparkly pens and sticker bit myself and it was fun, but what I really like are the words and thats enough for me. The action of writing with the pen. ( oh it has to be a nice flowy pen! :h6) )

Great to find your own thing, so I'm curious about what you'll find.
