Believe it or not I was once good about journaling. My most favorite part was reviewing it. I did a quick review every night. But did a very in depth review once a week on Sunday nights. I had charts that I used to chart things so I could see if there were patterns. I would then set three goals to follow for the next week. So if I saw that on most days I was lite on water I made it a goal to drink more water the following week. If I saw that sugar was outside meal times I made it a point to only have it with meals. I loved to journal just so I had info at the end of the week to analyze. I wish I have that passion again. It will come again. I get so gung-oh on things and do so well and then all of the sudden things just peter out. They say 30 days makes a habit - not for me.
