Hi Nina,
A scoop is a quarter cup. I cook the oats in water in advance, oats:water in 1:3
proportions. Yeah, if you don't like your shake, that's no fun. It looks like you
got some good ideas for alternative sources of protein in your shake too.
The banana really smooths everything out, makes is homogenous.
