Yay for 1 week of breakfast! And taking it slow sounds like a very good plan...you have already learned something from trying before.
What are you enjoying for breakfast? Having done this before, I imagine you might have some favorites?

: sugar sensitive person, I was in a
: hurry to "get over this"
: and be happy and healthy. This
: time I am going to be patient and
: loving with myself, and go through
: the steps slowly, one at a time,
: until I master each one. No time
: limit.
