I have been following the protein guideline and having breakfast every day for about a week now. I haven't mastered it, though, because I can't seem to eat until I've been awake for an hour and a half to two hours. This morning I awoke hungry, a good sign, but I still put off eating for a while for some weird reason. Tomorrow I am committing to breakfast within the first hour.
I bought PNP a year or two ago and have tried to follow the steps a number of times. Admittedly, and kind of embarrassed to do so, I -of course- tried to get through the steps too fast. Like a typical sugar sensitive person, I was in a hurry to "get over this" and be happy and healthy. This time I am going to be patient and loving with myself, and go through the steps slowly, one at a time, until I master each one. No time limit.
