Sky, every day. Because thats proved the easy bit
I am very good at writing stuff in my journal and then ignoring it. Well I've learnt a lot over the years and am so much better at hearing what my body says these days I used to ignore that too....
but I am still inclined to write some fantastic info and then disregard it for about two weeks or so ( until the repetition finally gets through )
So I leave the last third of the page - Idraw a line- and write a review every day. Might say lunch was particularly good in a holding sort of way.Or I have been noticing a snack should have worked better.I often include something nice about the day. Or if something sad, goes in there too.
I started doing this towards the end of step three. I did a weekly review at first which made my head spin its no coincidence thats when I started to be attentive. I think thats why I like a daily review... keeps me attentive to what I'm doing without setting my overanalysing button off
hows about you? any thoughts?.
