I saw your reply to Chloe about how youre not that different to how you ate before... having quite a few things in place already. That took me back All I had to do was to add a potato and I was all set Well as you can imagine I felt in a similar place that you do now.
I had a review of breakfast for starters. You might often see that sort of thing referred to as 'beginners mind'
so I didnt think of all the things already in place, just altered my spotlight to shine onto breakfast. I didnt think there was a thing to change, but experiments and exchanges of information with others, sharing the process, was quite enlightening. Love to hear what you discover.
