Agree with you re 6 T of protein powder.
Will defenitely try adding some yogurt to the shake and perhaps eat my oats on the side.
Do you have an opinion on raw coco bits? It is considered a superfood. pure natural coco without fats or sugars. Thought it could taste nice in a shake .

: (15 grams of protein) and then add
: some cottage cheese and greek
: yogurt to get the rest of my
: protein so I've never added large
: amounts of protein powder. YOu can
: experiment and see. You could also
: try adding silken tofu for some of
: the protein. I add dry rolled oats
: to the shake. Some people add baby
: oatmeal to make it smoother. You
: could have your oats on the side,
: and mix some of the protein powder
: into the oats. (I would mix it
: into milk that you stir into the
: cooked oats.)
