I did join the breakfast list after I posted here. A great bunch of people.
I will look into the vegetarian options.
Today I had my first shake. It wasn't very edible but it is a start. Will try the waffles tomorrow with the protein powder and some eggs and spelt flour.
Will use some fruit to sweeten it.
Looking forward to sharing my experiences...
