Re: Endurance running and sugar sensitivity

Hi Kristin
I don't run, but I do work out, and I find that I need snacks on the days that I work out. If I work out after work, I pretty much need 2 dinners, and if I work out before work, I need a mid morning snack.

If you click on Make Connections at the top of the page, then on online groups, you will find a group called RadiantFitness. That's for people doing heavy duty exercise. I'm sure you'll find people with experience with the kind of exercise you are doing there.

: Could anyone help me tweak my eating
: plan as I make my return to
: distance running now knowing that
: I am a recovering sugar addict? I
: have been off sugar now for a
: while and am doing well, so I am

: to return to distance running.
: However, I want to make certain I
: make the right food choices and
: time my eating properly to keep
: the ol' blood sugar on an even

: Any suggestions would be so very
