Yes, I'm doing enough protein 3 times a day and keeping a journal. It wasn't that different from how I was eating before so the transition wasn't too hard so that's why I added the potato in. I was already eating protein at lunch and dinner but not breakfast unless it was an egg day. So, the only big adjustment was adding in protein for breakfast everyday. I just didn't know if some people actually don't need the potato or if everyone does.... I've been on the program since 5/16
