She was a cancer survivor, a double amputee for her last six years.
She had coped amazingly well.
She died very peacefully in her sleep with her daughter beside her.
I am writing memories of when we were very athletic on hockey fields, tennis courts and track.
I hope that she is running like the wind now. In her honor I shall go for a long walk.
