Another day with my journal filled out completely – feels good. Today I woke up late so my shake was downed in the car and my CC was heated and eaten right away at work. Breakfast was the only meal I drank water with. That is my goal for tomorrow – water with every meal.
Lunch was a huge thing for me. I stopped at Target and got a salad and my sweet. I get this sweet all the time. Normally I eat it the second I am in the car. Licking the wrapper clean while sitting at the stoplight – hoping no one really notices. All this before I eat my salad. I knew that most likely that would happen again today. I mean that is the way it always happens – but not today. I had all the intentions of doing it but when I got in my car I just looked at it and thought I will eat you WITH lunch today. But actually when I got home I put the salad on the plate and ate my lunch AND THEN I ate my sweet. Not even all of it. Three bites left and it went in the trash.
Dinner was right on time. Walked the dogs tonight for an hour. Total water intake today was just 4 servings.
I am training a person at work, which is really throwing my routine off. And I don’t like being off my work routine. So it is even more reason to stay on track.
