Hi Daisy
It sounds like you are going very fast with the steps. If you have just been doing it for a couple of weeks, you should be on step 1, breakfast. Taking everything slowly helps your body adjust to the changes, and rushing won't get you steady any faster than going slowly (I know this from personal experience). I would suggest not worrying about the potato for now and making sure breakfast is really, really solid.

Do you know the 4 parts of breakfast?
enough protein for your body weight (do you know how to figure that out?)
a complex carb like oatmeal, whole grain bread, home fries with skin
within an hour of waking
every day

How is breakfast going? Have you found some that you like and that work for you?
