Spud!
Hi,
I've been on the program for a few weeks now and it's going great, except, the potato is giving me insomnia. I started with a small potato and that was too big so I started having half of a small potato and still had insomnia so now I'm having 3/4 of a small potato and still am having trouble sleeping. I've never had sleep problems before so do I just not need a spud?
