Just a thought. Have you thought of maybe having a protein/complex carb snack before bed. I know for me I have issues with being tried in the morning and have issues getting out of bed. With me my blood sugar is pretty low in the morning causing this. I fell better if I have a protein/CC snack before bed. I still have a hard time doing it. I did it for a while and got out of the habit. Need to get back into it again.
