At first just getting out bed takes a lot of effort. Have you thought about doing a shake? It is simple and easy. Something that you could probably handle.
Breakfast has four parts
1. Within an hour of waking (I do best with half hour)
2. With complex carb,(I like oatmeal best)
3. With proper amount of protein for your body weight
4. Everyday
They sell shake and protein powder through the web site, in the online store. I use the Restore whey protein.
