6 days already that is crazy. Well today was interesting I had been worried about the weekend and meals and times being off. But something quiet pleasant happened today. When it was my regular time to eat by body and brain worked together and were like hello I would like some food now; even when I was not hungry.
I set my alarm early so I could eat at the same time as weekdays. When the alarm went off I was like what the heck did I do that for. I turned it off and went back to bed until 9:00. So even though breakfast was later than normal right at 12:30 I was eating lunch and then again with out being hungry what so ever I found myself making something lite to eat around 6:00. I did not eat a full meal as I knew BF was going to make a wonderful dinner but of course it was going to be late. I am typing this at 9:00 and the burgers are still on the grill. I plan on eating a burger, some sort of veggie and these onions he caramelizes in olive oil (the best ever!). I only had one sweet today that is huge and been drinking plenty of water.
9:15 shake, German brown bread with butter (much more dense than anything you can normally buy here in the States), 8 oz water
12:30 WW pancake with butter and peanut butter (was also going to have cheese and salami) but BF reminded me of the enchilada left overs in the fridge so I ate that instead, 8 oz water.
4:00 XXX
6:00 egg salad sandwich on whole wheat bread, 16 oz water
9:00 Plan on eating a burger, veggies and onions, plan on drinking water about 16 oz, Maybe a brown maybe not. Not sure yet. Normally he cooks a brown but I don’t see anything like that is the kitchen.
Well I am being told the food is ready so I need to get going.
