A+ on homework. Your xxx system is great.
You are very aware of where you are with your food intake , exercise and mood. That is always a plus for me. I can see patterns emerging.
Sometimes food eaten on the run , at the mall or wherever, includes a lot of salt and other additives. Lately I have just come on home rather than eaten out, especially if I am weary ( my worst time for unwise choices ).
I am rationing my dining out, saving it for occasions when pals can linger with me and chat. I am being more selective about which places have a good salads or fruit offerings.
Went to Bread Co this morning for a souffle and a fruit cup with a friend who comes to the market with me. We catch up with news of the week. I drank decaf. That has been one of my challenges.
Made asparagus, zucchini tomato soup for a light lunch.
