RR Homework Day #5

Again I woke up late so breakfast was eaten in the car on the way to work. With in about 25 minutes of waking. Again no water till later, around 10:00 (maybe about 8 oz). I felt a little strange but felt better once I got some water in me. I need to remember to drink some as soon as I get up in the morning. I cannot tell you the difference it makes for me.

Went out to lunch with a coworker. Had tortilla chips and guacamole and enchiladas. It was so much food I took half of it home for tomorrow. Left work after lunch and ran some errands. Was at the mall when it was time for dinner. I was still full from lunch but knew I needed to eat something. I normally get a gyro salad from a place there at the mall. And for my brown I grab fries from another place. I was too full to eat that much food so I found a place that had sweet potato fries (which I am not a huge fan of but it is a good brown) and they had chicken tenders (not great because of the white flour and knew that I would most likely feel tried after eating them). And it was the worst meal EVER!!! The fries were yuck and the tenders were so over done they tasted burnt. Ate just enough to get by and threw the rest away. And I made sure I got a big cup of water to go along with it. Drank most of that.

So I did have my desserts along with my meals. So I want to start noting those as well. But I don’t really want to talk about my drug. No drug talk here. So when I have something sweet during the day whether it is in-between, right before, or right after a meal I will note it but I will not say what it is or how much I will just mark it like this XXX. I want to just start becoming more aware. I went one whole year with no sugar. I did not even eat ketchup or anything that had fruit juice in it. But Little by little it came back. And the last year and been not good. My little sister came to visit a few weeks ago and was like ‘WOW, you are eating a lot of sugar”. So if you see XXX you will understand what it is and why I am not talking about it.

8:00 Shake, WW toast with butter (no water)
11:00 XXX
12:30 Chips, guacamole, enchiladas, 10 oz water, XXX (see how the XXX showed up AFTER the meal - that is a big thing and the same with dinner)
6:30 3.5 chicken tenders and a handful of sweet potato fries, 16 oz water, XXX

Since dinner was on the light side - still full fom lunch it is 8:30 at night - I will have a protein / CC snack later. (how can I feel this full this long ater lunch and I did not even eat that much food.
