Isn't it great to see some differences with just the first step.
Sometimes I am still not hungry early in the morning but breakfast is now a very established habit, one that pays off in better energy and mood.
This week I tired having some very different breakfasts and was amazed at how good it felt to include a tuna and tomato sandwich.
Later in the day I had a vegetable omelet.
