Joy dot: flowers in planters outside my office building

I usually pan fry them. It's been a while since I made one, so I can't remember if I put olive oil in the pan, or cooking spray. I know I had to have put something. They didn't seem dry to me. I served them with dijon mustard. But I'm sure they would be yummy with the things you planned to add. I was just lazy We usually add chopped onion and garlic to our buffalo burgers, and I'm sure that would be good in turkey burgers as well.
