Joy dot: casual day at work - I am wearing my black stretch pants and they are so comfortable

Cumin or curry powder are excellent on sweet potatoes - cut up the sweet potato into 1 - 1.5 inch chunks, toss with cumin or curry powder and olive oil, and roast in the oven. I also sometimes season my potato salad with cumin. And I add cumin to black beans - saute onion, add a drained can of black beans and mix in some cumin. I don't know what to use coriander on - I just use it in recipes that call for it.

A fun seasoning (I like to just sniff it - instant BE lift) is garam masala. I like it on sweet potatoes.
