RR homework Day #4

I am realizing today how important water is. Today I had no water in the morning and no water with meals and I can really feel a difference. But I did drink 24 oz of water in the middle of the day. And 16 oz just now.

Today I did get lots done at work but I felt like the old obsessive me; sucked into the zone. Wide-eyed staring at the computer screen. But also today is the first day working with double screens – love it and it’s more efficient but that is twice the amount of negative energy blasting in my face. I already get affected with only one screen. So it will be something to keep track of.

I woke up late so breakfast was eaten in the car. But it was all eaten/drunken by the time I got to work. As I was pulling into the parking lot of work my coworker was there. I showed her the empty shake cup through the window- got a chuckle and a thumb-up from her. I took a whole hour for lunch. It was 30 minutes later than normal but still in time. However, I started feeling emotional on the way back to work. But then again I did eat my dessert before my lunch but that is not uncommon - I have been eating dessert with every lunch for the last year. That is also when my program starting going hay-wire. Today a coworker brought me an ice-cream bar and I of course I did not reject it. That was about 4:30 pm. Dinner was about 5:45 so pretty on time but did not consist of any brown. And was also very low quality. I just did not know what to eat.

8:00 Shake /WW Toast with butter
10:45 unplanned snake (the salty crunchy kind)***Need to be bringing a good snack.
1:00 Salad from target – it had lettuce, chicken, cheese, corn, and little pieces of toritta chips and of coarse ranch dressing. I never eat all of lettuce – I actually leave most of it. But normally I never eat all the chicken as well. I did this day. I think I have only done that three other times and I eat this salad a lot. Oh and my dessert (eaten first before anything else)
5:45 2 naked hotdogs (no buns) with ketchup and 2 pieces of cheese, no brown.

I am pretty good about three meals on work days but weekends are different and my timings get all off. My BF likes to cook but we end up eating dinner really late (sometimes not until 10:30 at night). Lots of times I end up having to eat a meal before dinner or have a shake. So I am not looking forward to the weekend.

I think posting here about my times and meals (what I eat) helps. It makes me really think about things knowing I need to ‘report’ about it.
