RR Homework Day #3

Okay I will admit I don't want to post. I would rather just curl up on the couch and ignore the world. But here I am, I am showing up.

Today was okay - ate breakfast at home. My brown was a little on the lite side. Lunch was eaten at work only because my coworker brought in chili she wanted me to try. So I ate that along with a half of a WW egg and sausage wrap. But at least I sat down in the kitchen area for 30 minutes and ate. The chili did not have beans so my brown was just the ww tortilla so it was very lite. Stayed at work late (out of my own choice) so dinner ended up being about 1.5 hours late. I have a headache and feel a little on the teary side. Probably the reason I don't want to be here. No offense to anyone. Wouldn't mind having something sweet right now. Feel like I am just rambling. Need to wrap it up.

Breakfast
7:30 Shake / WW toast with butter / 16 oz water
Lunch
11:30 (normally don't eat this early but my coworker does)
@3/4 cup chili / half WW egg & sausage wrap / 8 Oz water
Dinner (LATE)
6:15 1 cup Chicken Athena / 5 triscets (Another very lite brown)/ No water trying to drink some now.

All day my browns were lite. But at least they are making an appearance. Many days they are not even on the menu. I do like writing down my food but I realize my food is not much. It is something I am working on. I just have never been a big eater.
