Thank you all for the replies. I have not read the Potatoes not Prozac book yet since I wasn't sure if sugar addiction is my problem or not or if this program will help me. I only abuse food and alcohol so, I thought it may be my problem. Since "coming out", my prescription drug addict brother (who has been through rehab) thinks I need rehab. I don't abuse drugs and never have, in fact, when I broke my foot they gave me Vicodin and I hated the way it made me feel.
The reason I wasn't sure whether or not I have sugar addiction is because when I binge it's not particularly sugar foods, I sort of just eat whatever I have lots of that's around. Oh I also drink a lot of caffeine because I am tired all the time.
What are my thoughts on breakfast....well, I usually always eat breakfast, cereal or chocolate packaged mini donuts. That's probably bad huh? I can pick up the book if it will help, I'm just on the fence since I binge on any food, not just sugar foods.
