I can already tell the difference with less salt in my food. Less water logged feeling is how I describe it.
I will cut back on salty crackers and pretzels for awhile.
I like playing detective with foods and my reaction to them.
I was thinking today about my dislike of bananas.I eat them because of their reputation.
Salt was sort of like that too. I saw others heaping it on in warm weather and thought I needed more.
I am investigating spices more closely for taste.
Friends and I eat Chinese food once a week.I don't want to get too picky about ingredients because I would not enjoy it quite as much. I am looking for balance on the salt and spice matter.
