I think some seasoned salt does have MSG. I like to use Old Bay - I am pretty sure it doesn't have MSG, or at least not enough to bother me. I like to put a sprinkle of Old Bay and some olive oil on my potatoes. It is sometimes found near the fish in the market, since it was made to season seafood.
