Congratulations sounds like you are one the right track, taking time for yourself is important. If you need a snack at 10:30 How about trying to plan one? Try for complex carb and protien. As you heal you will not need it. Keep up the good work. :h2) Chloe

Okay here is day 2. I am going to try
: to do 45 days. I am going to set
: aside 1 hour at the end of the day
: to post about my program. And also
: to read and respond to others.

: Today was much better. I woke up
: early and ate breakfast at home. I

: on-line. I had a much more
: productive day at work. I went
: home for lunch and took a whole
: hour. Felt good to do so. All day

: grab a few things to snack on

: Tomorrow I will pack a program
: friendly snack and take it with
