Oh yes I remember those posts. Not sure why I stopped eating breakfast before work at my lovely set table. Old habits I guess. I hate to admit that I ate breakfast on the couch this morning with my computer on my lap. Weither it is at the couch or table I just need to eat before work. Even though I can get up, get ready and be to work with in 45 minutes so I have 15 minutes to eat but it rarely happens unless I am chugging my shake in my car on the way to work.
I just need to remind myself of how much better I feel when I eat before work. Even on days I eat at work with in the hour, I feel better if I eat earlier and not at the end of the hour.
