RR homework day 2

Okay here is day 2. I am going to try to do 45 days. I am going to set aside 1 hour at the end of the day to post about my program. And also to read and respond to others.

Today was much better. I woke up early and ate breakfast at home. I ate while reading the news on-line. I had a much more productive day at work. I went home for lunch and took a whole hour. Felt good to do so. All day I felt good and productive. I did grab a few things to snack on (unplanned and not healthy – won’t go into details) between meals. Tomorrow I will pack a program friendly snack and take it with me. I always seem to grab something at 10:30 AM no matter how solid breakfast is but that is okay.
Kathleen if you don’t mind I would love to jot down here what my meals consisted of. Maybe help me get back into journal mind. If not that is okay (you can just delete that portion prior to posting if you think it would not be appropriate).

Breakfast 7:00
Shake / Oatmeal / 16 oz water
Lunch 12:30
3 hard shell tacos from Chipotles / 16 oz water
Dinner 5:30
Chicken Athena (this is so good. I will post the recipe. It is almost like a warm chicken salad). Put it between two pieces of whole wheat bread and ate as a sandwich. Turned out really good.
Piece of cheese just to up the protein a few grams
