Nice to *see* you again Kari!

Isn't it great that your body is giving you *reminders*...and that you are paying attention!

Do you have a plan for getting that breakfast in before work? Do you keep or reread past posts? I remember when you were thrilled about having breakfast before work...the pretty table setting...how good you felt!
