: Well, I am one week away from being a
: year on the program.
: There were ups and downs, including
: stomach trouble, problems with
: timing, resistance to doing one
: step at a time,
: a bit of derailment, etc, etc.
: All in all, everything considered, I
: feel I have done great
: In my life I have never stayed on a
: healthy eating plan so
: consistently-for-the-most-part
: for a fraction as long. I think the
: key is that those 'healthy' plans
: were not healthy for me.
: I always knew in my bones that I was
: sensitive to sugar, just didn't
: know there was a science behind
: it,
: and didn't know there was a solution
: to it.
: Kathleen, I am humbly grateful to you

: and for the amazing support network
: you have created

: And thanks to the wonderful people in

: Now, for the coming year, I am going
: to change my motto
: from "Do The Food" to
: COOK THE
: FOOD.
: I've written about this before - if I
: have cooked food available
: (proteins, grains,
: legumes.........and preferably
: grains and
: legumes for lunch and dinner)
: then I am all set.
: It's all in the scheduling and the
: prioritizing.
