Re: Newbie - Step 1..and 2?
In Response To: Newbie - Step 1..and 2? ()

:Just wanted to say thank you for addressing this issue. I myself am a bit confused. I have been on step 1 for 3 weeks. After 2 weeks of breakfast, I felt I needed to do more. I did not realize how detached I am from my feelings. It has been very difficult to name them.

Hey all,
: I've decided that this week is the
: start - I got interested in the
: programme after leafing through a
: friends Your Last Diet, and I came
: on here and got more info - but I
: got Potatoes not Prozac out from
: the library and have been reading
: it, and so this week starts Step
: 1.

: My question is am I supposed to be
: journalling at the same time. Does
: journalling go hand-in-hand with
: every step? In the Step 2 chapter,
: it says when you're months into
: the plan and you look back over
: your journal from when you were
: only starting the plan, which
: leads me to think that yes journal
: from the start - but then there
: also seems to be very much the
: thing of take each step one at a
: time, don't do more than the one
: step, etc etc and I don't want to
: be trying to rush them...

: I did keep the journal today, roughly
: anyways. And I can see how
: beneficial it would be even for
: keeping it from the start, but as
: I said, I do'nt want to be rushing
: too much. But on the other hand, I
: do think that keeping the journal
: might keep me focused, because its
: much more in your face, got to
: keep on top of it type thing, as
: opposed to breakfast which only
: happens in the morning and so I
: might forget to plan the next days
: breakfast if I don't have that
: obvious reminder...

: Bit of a rambling post!
: Thanks in advance, Fee
