Thank you so much for reaching out to me Nicole. It literally brought tears to my eyes to know that someone else with my body size has been through this. It makes me feel less ashamed. I've learned so far that a lot of guilt is surrounding the food. Feelings of inadequacy, failure. It's challenging when we have one area that controller us in secret. I have been working on the breakfast and even added 1/2 a banana to it this morning. I was hoping the sugar would help me not crave it later. It worked. So here was breakfast today. 2 egged, 2 whites, 1/2 c oatmeal, 1/2 banana. I like to eat the same thing evey day for breakfast because it's easy so this will be my new plan. Is it okay to eat fruit for us sugar sensation people?
