so glad you like Your last Diet and Potatoes not Prozac :h10) and that you posted!

journalling is step 2, as you know. I think its handy to get breakfast into place because its the foundation for everything else :h7)

having said that, LOL, I personally did record my breakfast from the start because it was the only way I could actually focus on the 4 parts. They kept drifting off unless I wrote them down :h6) But the energy going into breakfast was the thing.

have you started breakfast? what did you have today?
I had coffee flavoured shake for my protein and then I had some brown rice noodles in coleslaw. Bit different but then I do love it :h9)
