Hey all,
I've decided that this week is the start - I got interested in the programme after leafing through a friends Your Last Diet, and I came on here and got more info - but I got Potatoes not Prozac out from the library and have been reading it, and so this week starts Step 1.
My question is am I supposed to be journalling at the same time. Does journalling go hand-in-hand with every step? In the Step 2 chapter, it says when you're months into the plan and you look back over your journal from when you were only starting the plan, which leads me to think that yes journal from the start - but then there also seems to be very much the thing of take each step one at a time, don't do more than the one step, etc etc and I don't want to be trying to rush them...
I did keep the journal today, roughly anyways. And I can see how beneficial it would be even for keeping it from the start, but as I said, I do'nt want to be rushing too much. But on the other hand, I do think that keeping the journal might keep me focused, because its much more in your face, got to keep on top of it type thing, as opposed to breakfast which only happens in the morning and so I might forget to plan the next days breakfast if I don't have that obvious reminder...
