"Cook the Food" before "Do the Food"

Hi Everybody!

Well, I am one week away from being a year on the program.
There were ups and downs, including stomach trouble, problems with timing, resistance to doing one step at a time,
a bit of derailment, etc, etc.

All in all, everything considered, I feel I have done great :h10)

In my life I have never stayed on a healthy eating plan so consistently-for-the-most-part
for a fraction as long. I think the key is that those 'healthy' plans were not healthy for me.

I always knew in my bones that I was sensitive to sugar, just didn't know there was a science behind it,
and didn't know there was a solution to it.

Kathleen, I am humbly grateful to you for your wonderful work
and for the amazing support network you have created :h7)
A genuine and heartfelt Thank You to you!!! :h2) :h4) :h24)

And thanks to the wonderful people in the community
who support and share so generously :h5) :h12)

Now, for the coming year, I am going to change my motto
from "Do The Food" to COOK THE FOOD.
I've written about this before - if I have cooked food available (proteins, grains, legumes.........and preferably grains and legumes for lunch and dinner) then I am all set.

It's all in the scheduling and the prioritizing.

Radiant Year Number 2, HERE I COME!!! :h2) :h2) :h2)
