: Hi,
: I think after reading Potatoes Not
: Prozac that it may be the right
: program for me. Recently I went to
: see a Nautropath for sugar
: addiction and depression. She put
: me on 100mg. once/day of St.
: John's Wort. The first night I had
: very wild vivid dreams. She said
: that this meant my serotonin
: levels were fine and I didn't need
: it. I scored 100% on the sugar
: sensitivity questions and did NOT
: laugh at the chocolate chip cookie
: question. And, I re-filled my
: PILLOWCASE twice on Halloween! I
: really fit the profile, but
: apparently do not have low
: serotonin levels. Is PNP the right
: program for me to embark on?
: Thank you,
: Sandy
Hi Sandy,
I am glad you are here...Let's touch base on the St. John's Wort test
Actually your reaction to the SJW could have indicated that your levels were very low and
your brain was in an upgregulated start so you had that kind of reaction.
It sounds to me as if you qualify for being SS so the program will help no matter what.
And actually what your serotonin levels are really don't matter..Doing the food will balance everything.
warmly,kathleen
