Re: step 1

Hi Michael and Colette,

I remember Fit for Life too. I remember feeling so yuk. The fruit made my brain so spaced out and I was just soooo hungry but a really weird hungry and I had no energy. I thought I was the only one who couldn't do it. In fact it was then I realised that I really needed protein in the morning.

And another me too. I have always eaten lots of eggs and I have a low cholesterol.

Do google to check but over the years I have found that it is best to listen to your body rather than the "latest fad info".

Hope you enjoy going through the steps.

Fiona

: Hi Michael,

: Oh, I remember doing Fit For Life. I

: fruit I ate, I was never
: satisfied.

: Things have changed a lot over the
: years concerning eggs and
: cholesterol. Try googling *eggs
: and cholesterol*...and then *sugar
: and cholesterol*. It's very
: interesting. I've not had high
: cholesterol, but I have heard
: stories over the years of people
: in recovery eating eggs every day
: and having their cholesterol
: lowered...and their Dr. saying
: *continue to do whatever you are
: doing*!

: Enjoy your eggs, ham, and toast! What
: a great breakfast.
