Hi Michael,
I too tried Fit For Life, and for the life of me couldn't understand why it felt so wrong to my body.
The philosophy of it sounded so logical to me. But in practice, my whole body would just tremble and shake till noontime when I could finally eat a real meal. Even then it took my body a long time to calm down because it was still in thoes of the shock of all that fruit (sugar).

Now I have 2 eggs for breakfast every day, along with 2 kinds of cheese and rye toast. That's 14 eggs a week. Still feels a bit 'scary' to me, but my blood test are fine.

Hope you make an easy transition from fit for life. Can't believe you did it for 20 years! I didn't last a week.
