At first I used protein powder that had sweeteners in it. But it wouldn't work for me now. I had to really look and research to find unsweetened. I live in USA but maybe we have RR folks in Germany who have resources.

I've been drinking a protein shake

: artificial sweetener in it
: (Sucralose). I know it's not
: ideal, but I live in Germany and
: can't seem to find anything else.
