Oh, I remember doing Fit For Life. I was so hungry...no matter how much fruit I ate, I was never satisfied.

Things have changed a lot over the years concerning eggs and cholesterol. Try googling *eggs and cholesterol*...and then *sugar and cholesterol*. It's very interesting. I've not had high cholesterol, but I have heard stories over the years of people in recovery eating eggs every day and having their cholesterol lowered...and their Dr. saying *continue to do whatever you are doing*!
